who are we

meet our starting lineup

lee m. jaramillo, principal broker/owner/dad

as a commercial real estate developer and investor over the past several years i have seen almost every aspect of real estate, including the ups and downs! those challenges along the way have brought on a whole new challenge for me —- change the way residential brokerage is done through innovation, creativity and technology. by bringing together acquisition and marketing strategies, i have seen a new way to approach selling real estate.  my goal is to create a new fresh feeling about how real estate brokerage is done and perceived and do it in a completely different and creative way though the use of social media, high-quality website and really cool photographs and other fun stuff! our goal is to be completely client focused without compromise. i’ve been in real estate for the last several years and hope to bring some new much needed excitement to racine and southeastern wisconsin’s real estate community. i hope you will give northterra a shot!
